About Kevin
For over 17 years, I’ve been a stay-at-home dad, raising two incredible kids while supporting my wife Shelly in her executive career. Along the way, I’ve coached youth, led programs for fathers and young men, and built communities focused on presence, leadership, and growth.
My background includes work as a juvenile probation officer, truancy officer, and mentor for high-risk youth, along with years of experience coaching athletes and leading family-focused programs.
Now, my mission is simple:
to help 10,000 dads and young men live stronger, more present, and more purposeful lives.
Through my books, challenges, coaching, and communities, I create spaces where fathers and sons grow together — and men step into the leaders their families and communities need.
